Upcoming Circles, Groups, and Workshops
We come together to be in community, learn from each other, and receive guidance from experienced facilitators.
Navigating Neurodiversity Circle
Circles start March 13 & 14
The Navigating Neurodiversity Circle is a 10-week peer support group for families with one or more neurodivergent children and/or parents (e.g., autistic, ADHD, learning differences, sensory processing challenges, etc.). . It is a space to share, to be seen in the complexity of unique family experiences, and to be held by others who may be navigating similar questions, challenges, and experiences. The small group cohort model offers familiarity week over week and fosters deepening connection. As a group of peers, we offer mutual care, compassion, and co-regulation, recognizing each others’ inherent competence, resourcefulness, and autonomy while mitigating potential isolation. You are welcome and encouraged to be your full self (with your full family) here.

Fatherhood As Path
Groups start March 24 & 27
The Fatherhood as Path group is an opportunity for male-identified parents to connect over a shared goal: being the dads we want to be. We take the time to be real about our difficulties—sleeplessness, loneliness, spouses, and all the rest—and help each other problem-solve. And we make space to reflect on our values and priorities, not only as dads but as men and as people overall. Most of us are longing to take on our role as fathers with more intention and purpose. Instead of keeping this longing to ourselves, let’s share it with others who feel the same way: together, we’re going to gently guide ourselves along the path of fatherhood.

Finding Your Center: Tools for Mothering with Calm & Connection
Group starts April 21
Finding Your Center: Tools for Mothering with Calm & Connection is a 10-session therapy group designed to help moms understand what’s happening beneath those moments of reactivity and learn how to meet parenting challenges with more clarity, compassion, and presence. Through guided reflection, experiential practices, and open discussion, we’ll explore how our nervous systems, past experiences, and inner parts shape our reactions — and how to shift from knee-jerk patterns toward calm, connected responses to everyday parenting challenges.
