Mindful Meditation Series to benefit Mamatoto Village
The Mindful Meditation Series is a way for women to be together in community and learn different ways to pause, reflect, and connect with ourselves. Each month Michael Vostal will guide a 30-minute session which will include time to connect, a mindfulness exercise, and reflection. You can register for one or all of the sessions and all registered participants will receive a recording of the mindfulness portion of the session (which you can view even if you are unable to attend the live session).
All proceeds from the series will be donated to Mamatoto Village as a part of our commitment to support communities of mothers. The suggested donation for each workshop is $5-10. |
Mamatoto Village is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to creating career pathways for Women of Color in the field of public health and human services; and providing accessible perinatal support services designed to empower women with the necessary tools to make the most informed decisions in their maternity care, their parenting, and their lives.
