Yoga & mindfulness help us to find ease amidst constant change, learn how to breathe through challenges, and provides a much-needed space for reflection and rest.

Elizabeth is an amazing teacher. She uses humor, gives options for different levels, and challenges and rewards her students. Her cues are clear and concise. Her experience, relaxed nature, and class themes make her a great instructor. |

Join a weekly yoga class to renew your spirit and restore your body. Our practice includes dynamic movement through yoga asanas to support growth and balance as well as an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself in restorative and yin postures. Join us every week or drop-in as you are able to move and breathe in (virtual) community.

Baby & Me Yoga at Circle Yoga
Tuesdays 10-11am | June 14 - July 19, 2022
Baby and Me Yoga combines postpartum strength-building exercises and breath-based relaxation for adults as well as gentle movement for babies. In this one-hour session, you'll get the chance to bond with your baby, move, stretch, build strength, and connect with fellow new parents. Mothers, fathers, caregivers, and babies all welcome. Classes are designed for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling.

Private Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Private yoga and mindfulness sessions are a great way to start learning the basics or to deepen your existing practices. I teach private sessions to individuals and groups in private homes, at offices, and at local studios. Private and semi-private sessions are designed to meet the needs and goals of each student. These classes are perfect for people recovering from injuries, managing chronic diseases, and women who are pregnant or postpartum. Private sessions can be scheduled on a one-time or ongoing basis.
